Shannon got her license, so we went to celebrate at Mongolian Grill...

...and THIS was the fortune she got. Not even lying.

More cheating! I promise I won't be doing this regularly (that is, having other people take photos and then putting up more than one day in a post).
These are all pictures taken during three days of wedding activities. All taken- again- by my guest photographer (ma).
The ugly Bubbles piƱata was pretty much annihilated.

We decorated the room for the rehearsal dinner.

Geh. I don't know how to pose for photographs.

And, they were married! :D

Took a trip to the Japanese Gardens.

We heard the story of the Tanabata festival- cutest thing ever.

We also tied our wishes to the bamboo branches.

Had an awesome day at Rood Bridge with Shannon and Brooke.
We had a picnic by a creek! We walked through the woods! We took pictures!

Went to Syun for my 20th birthday dinner.
It was SO GOOD.I got California rolls and onigiri that Cameron wanted to steal from me. SO DELICIOUS.

Dessert was mini chocolate cheesecakes and vanilla cupcakes.

Overall it was just a nice little birthday. I got some pretty cool gifts, too (WII FIT, YES).

It was Shannon's last day in Hillsboro, so we decided to go to Uwajimaya (at our own risk)...it was AWESOME.
We tried different foods, just for fun (this picture makes it all look so...appetizing).
They had Yakisoba burgers there. YAKISOBA BURGERS.
We didn't try that, though.

I also bought a couple of magazines, as seems to be the tradition whenever we go there.

A little later, we had a birthday dinner with Shannon's ma at Swagath (since Shannon will be in Eugene on her actual birthday)...and it was delicioussss.
Afterwards, she really wanted to blow out candles.

Took a trip to Bob's Red Mill with the family. I enjoyed my turkey swiss sandwich on gluten-free bread.
Driving in, we ACTUALLY SAW BOB. He had the hat on and everything.

After that, we went across the street to Dave's KILLER Bread. It smelled really good.

I loved, loved, loved the drive there and back. The cherry blossoms are blooming, and ah, it was wonderful. I somehow got a shot of this house as we zoomed past...someday I'll have one of these colorful old Portland homes.

For dinner Shannon and I enjoyed Mongolian Grill- THE BEST (even if our pancakes came a little late).

Saw Shannon for the first time in a long time! We took this picture as proof that I really have friends (most of them are just off in different cities/states right now).

...
And I'm enjoying the fact that Audrey posed for the picture, too.

010

After going with Jessca to Lake Oswego (where she presented her video for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night walk), we paid Krispy Kreme a visit.

I got the Mother of All Donuts...
She wanted it.

Spent the day missing the good old days.
